We're glad to conclude that 2020 9th International Conference on Information and Electronics Engineering has been successfully held in Tokyo University of Science, Japan during February 22-24, 2020. We appreciate the participation and support of all the participants, especially given the circumstance that COVID-19 was starting to spread in Japan. We hope you'll be all well and safe.
